Meet the Photographer

Hello, my name is Haley!

Y'all, buckle up. This isn't some vague, corporate about me lol.
I am a new mom as of June 2025. Eeek! I've been with my husband, Cameron, since 2012. We got married in 2021 in Tahoe National Forest :) We live in the valley together with our baby girl, Lila, and two cats, Breve and Espresso.
I have been a photographer for 7 years now. My favorite photographs were always of families, even though I originally started out as a wedding photographer. Family sessions felt the most natural and meaningful to me. Then I became a mom. A mom who is OBSESSED with her baby, has to scrapbook everything, can never take enough photos, and is sentimental about EVERYTHING. I've always had an eye for capturing intimate moments that matter, but motherhood definitely gave me a new lens. No pun intended.
Beyond photography, I love trying new things/hobbies. Currently I've been obsessed with estate sales, thrifting, antiquing with my baby girl Lila strapped onto me! I am an avid reader. Everything from educational, fantasy romance, thrillers, you name it. I get so much joy out of crafting. My favorite craft hobby is probably scrapbooking or embroidering.
I have been loving taking a step back from my technology dependence in the past year. Reading physical books, listening to CDs, getting recipes from cookbooks instead of food blogs riddled with ads (don't get me started...), screen free Sundays, switching my smart watch out for a physical... just anyway to keep me in the present moment! Which is now more important than ever since I have a daughter watching my every movement.
Once Lila is a little older, I'd love to go back to some old hobbies of mine: paddle boarding, camping, hiking. I'm just a little explorer and look forward to doing it all with my little family!!
Reach out if you'd love to work with me. And definitely reach out if you just wanna be friends and have a play date with the kiddos! I'm always down for a new friend ♡

Let's connect
No stiff poses. No forced smiles.
Just the real, beautiful rhythm of your family's everyday life.
My approach is documentary and unobtrusive. Observing the connection, chaos, and joy that naturally unfold in your home (or somewhere you love) so you can remember this season exactly as it felt.
